Set a repeat interval for the service. Open Settings → Follow-ups and choose the service reminder mode: off, approve each reminder or send automatically. Set how many days before the due date to send and check the email preview. Invitations use email and respect client messaging preferences. The Follow-ups page shows cases needing approval or attention.
